Muscle pain

muscle_painWhat can be the cause?

Muscle pain can occur due to a sudden fall or slip, being overworked, poor stretching, fatigue, dehydration, poor circulation or poor mechanics affecting the muscles ability to contract and lengthen properly.

What do you feel?

Symptoms include achiness, tightness or spontaneous spasms. Over time, if left untreated, can lead to a tightening of the tendon which attaches the muscle to the bone, resulting in a tendinopathy and are most commonly experienced in the hamstrings, achilles which “feels like it’s going to go” or biceps, forearms resulting in tennis/golfers elbow.
