John Stewart (BSc Hons Ost.) graduated with a degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in Kent.
After a 60MPH motorbike accident causing John to slide 100 yards from his bike on impact, he developed neck and back issues. He later received treatment from an Osteopath which inspired him to explore the manual therapies career aspect. He completed several massage courses whilst working for BT and upon developing a flare for manual therapies, he took redundancy from BT in 1995 and studied Osteopathy.
John went on to work in multiple practices giving him a varied background allowing him to set up his own practice treating patients of all ages from babies to the elderly. He also teaches at ESO, helping other potential Osteopaths develop their knowledge and skills of this rewarding vocation.
John specialises in Balanced Ligamentous Tension techniques, Manipulative Therapy and Dry Needling, adapting each technique to the patients presentations.
